Data: dt

The data module contains functions to use with sc/snRNA from the heart and the dataset from PBMC from 10x used in the tutorial.

Example datasets

dt.example_10x([path])	Download scRNA 10x dataset.
dt.example_10x_processed()	Load example scRNAseq from 10x processed.
dt.example_visium([path])	Download a 10x Visium dataset from the heart.

Utility for heart datasets

dt.heart_markers([species])	Marker genes for cell-types in the heart.
